Permission and Acknowledgment:

I, as the parent/legal guardian of the above-named participant, hereby give my permission for my child to attend and participate in the Kings Church Newday Youth Camping Trip at Norfolk Showground NR5 0TT from Monday 28th July – Friday 1st August.

I acknowledge that participation in this event involves certain risks, including but not limited to, accidents, injuries, illness, or damage to personal property. I understand that the organizers will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.

Photo/Video Release:

We regularly share the activities of The King's Church through various media. This may involve taking photographs, voice or video recordings and other visual documentation of your child. The copyright of these media materials belong to the King's Church, Epsom.

The church and it's members may share these images or recordings in church publications, website, social media and other publicity materials. We may also share these with newspapers, TV stations and other print and digital media publications.

Code of Conduct Agreement:

I understand that my child is expected to adhere to the rules and guidelines established by the trip leaders and The Kings Church. I acknowledge that failure to follow these requirements may result in my child being sent home, this will mean you being responsible for collection.

Waiver of Liability:
In consideration of allowing my child to participate in this event, I hereby release, waive, and discharge The Kings Church, its leaders, employees, and volunteers, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, that may be sustained by my child while participating in this event, or while on the premises where the event is being conducted.
